Connecting With Mother Earth: Forest Bathing and Sound Healing Retreat (in-person)

We are irrefutably connected to Mother Earth; she is our true home and sanctuary. Our bodies feel better when we are surrounded by creation, and science proves there is a reason for this. To learn more, join us for an outdoor experience that uses our senses to enhance awareness of this healing relationship. We will offer gifts of meditation, sound and vibration to ground and center our bodies and open us to relaxation and awareness. This time of reconnecting is designed to help restore balance within your body while honoring the sacredness of all creation.
