Absolute Beginner Class (ABC) Part 2

In part 2 of the Absolute Beginner Class or ABC, we focus on the 2nd half of class and build on the basics already reviewed in Part 1. The shapes, the breath — it’s all familiar but now we explore them with a little more detail and body awareness.
