2nd Annual Reps to Run: Bench Press to 5K Charity Run

Join us for our second annual Reps to Run Charity 5K where our goal is to raise funds for the purchase of AEDs to provide for community use.

This isn't your ordinary 5K. Take time off your run based on how many reps you can get on your bench press. 1 rep at body weight=30 secs, 1 rep at 1/2 body weight=10s (push up option as well).

We had a great first year in partnership with UW-LATA and the UWL SPC, join us for this unique take on a 5K and help raise money for AEDs to keep the community safe.
