Program Offerings for Personal Caregivers

Special Program: Susan Degallier-Director Active Aging Program-Catholic Charities-Winona.
Will discuss area program offerings for Caregivers.

Purpose of meeting:
• Reminder of our commitment to confidentiality of our conversations. I assume that all of us will keep problems and issues shared in confidence.
• Please continue to promote the Caregivers meetings the second Monday of the month.
• PLEASE INVITE SOMEONE THAT IS A CAREGIVER TO JOIN US!!!
• We will have general discussion and updates by everyone
• ACTIVITY: Creative Care follow up
