The 2nd Annual Ridge Challenge will be taking place on September 27th.
Last year we had an awesome time, let's double it and make it a super fun energy packed day.

An experience like this is much like training for a half marathon, tough mudder, spartan race, or a crossfit competition, only a little different, which makes it unique, fun, and a bit more inclusive for anyone willing to do a little bit of training.
The event course is 5.8 miles and involves roughly 500′ of elevation change up and then down as we head up Apple Blossom Dr (North Ridge) and then descend into the beautiful Burns Valley Rd, where we will end of finishing at Pine Creek Golf Course.
Every mile or so, there will be a “mini” kettlebell workout, where you will take your backpack off (trust us, you’re going to want to anyway), take your kettlebell out, and perform a short, sometimes challenging, kettlebell workout.
