Glass Fusing Workshop - Glass Platter & Set of Coasters

our instructor will go over the different types of glass and give you a brief rundown on art glass, including System 96 which you will be using to create your pieces. You will be shown the different forms of glass as well as examples of opaque and translucent coloured glass so you can develop your piece. You will be guided in the basics of glass working, including breaking, shaping and designing with glass.

Everyone will be provided with appropriate sized bases of glass for their projects to ensure a solid finished piece after firing. Then working with glass pieces, frits, powders, stringers, and beads you will create and glue your designs ready for firing.
