The City of Kyle invites the community to join us for a Roundabout Open House on Thursday, October 2 from 7:00–8:30 p.m. at Kyle City Hall, 100 W. Center Street.
This event is designed to give residents an opportunity to learn more about the roundabouts currently being constructed in the City of Kyle, why roundabouts are being implemented, and how they will benefit our community.
Attendees will be able to:
- Review exhibits of the planned and under-construction roundabouts.
- Learn about the safety, efficiency, and long-term benefits roundabouts provide to drivers, pedestrians, and the overall transportation network across the city.
- Ask questions directly to engineering experts and city staff.
- Gain practical information on how to navigate roundabouts safely and confidently.
Roundabouts are designed to improve traffic flow, reduce congestion, and increase safety by significantly lowering the risk of severe collisions. They also support long-term mobility needs as the City of Kyle continues to grow.
This open house is an informal, come-and-go event, giving residents the chance to engage with experts, gather useful resources, and better understand how roundabouts will positively impact daily travel throughout the city.
Prior to the Open House, from 5:30 - 7 p.m. at Kyle City Hall, a Roundabout Presentation will be given to City Council by the Department of Transportation and Public Works.
We encourage all community members to attend and take part in shaping a safer, more connected Kyle.
