Ollos tervehditty, oi kunnianarvoisa Aarnikansa! On tullut aika iloita ja riemuita, sekä haikeina hyvästellä nykyiset paronilliset ylhäisyydet Eduard ja Elzebeth, jotka voimallisesti hallitsivat Aarnimetsän maita pian päättyvällä kaudellaan. Samoin toivotamme tervetulleiksi heidän perillisensä Sudensalin valtaistuimille. Aarnimetsän Paronillinen Investituura järjestetään Lintukodossa, Pyhällössä elokuun kolmantena viikonloppuna, 22.-24.8.2025.
Tarjolla on viikonlopun verran hoviloistoa, sekä tietenkin ylelliset pidot. Tarjolla on jousiammuntaa, rottinkitaistelua sekä kalpamiekkailua, työpajoja ja markkinat. Lintukodon sauna lämpiää pitkin viikonloppua, ja nimestään huolimatta kauniin Likolammen vesi houkuttelee uimaan. Päiväkävijät ovat myös tervetulleita tapahtumaan.
Tapahtumapaikka ja -aika:
Lintukodon leirikeskus Pyhällössä sijaitsee 180 km Helsingistä itään, Haminan pohjoispuolella. Vankkureilla saapuessasi (on suuntasi etelään tai pohjoiseen) käännytään auringonlaskuun noin
puolessa välissä Hamina-Taavetti –tieltä (nro 26) => Turkia => Haapala => Lintukoto. Tapahtumapaikan osoite: Tykkitie 30, 49660 Pyhältö.
Lintukodossa on ruokasalirakennus, sauna lammen rannalla ja kaksi yöpymisrakennusta. Luonnonläheiset toiletit ovat metsän reunassa ja suihku löytyy saunalta. Huomautamme että tapahtumapaikalla ei ole esteetöntä pääsyä kaikkiin tiloihin.
Tapahtuma alkaa perjantaina 22.8.2025 klo 18.00 ja päättyy sunnuntaina 24.8. klo 12.00.
Sänkypaikkoja on 65, mutta tapahtumaan mahtuu 75 henkilöä (patjoja ja sohvia löytyy). Omalla teltalla majoittuminen on myös mahdollista. Kerro toiveet majoitusseurasta ilmoittautuessasi.
Ilmoittautuminen ja maksutiedot:
Tapahtuman hinta on 56 euroa SCA:n/SKA:n tai sen jäsenyhdistysten jäseniltä ja 60 euroa ei-jäseniltä. Vanhempiensa seurassa osallistuvat lapset, jotka ovat 3-vuotiaita tai nuorempia,
pääsevät tapahtumaan ilmaiseksi ilman sänkypaikkaa. 4–12-vuotiaat maksavat 30 euroa per lapsi.
Hintaan sisältyy tapahtumapaikkamaksu ja seuraavat ateriat: iltapala perjantaina sekä aamiainen, lounas, välipala ja pidot lauantaina sekä aamiainen sunnuntaina. Päiväkävijät ovat tervetulleita tapahtumaan. Hinta päiväkäynnille on 20 € sisältäen aamiaisen, lounaan sekä välipalan. Kaikki ruoka on vähälaktoosista ja jollei erikseen mainita myös laktoositonta. Pyrimme huomioimaan ruoka-aineallergioita mahdollisuuksien mukaan, mutta pystymme lupaamaan kasvisvaihtoehdon ja gluteenittoman vaihtoehdon siten, että kontaminaatioriski on olemassa. Keittiössä on mahdollisuus ruoka-aineallergikkojen omien eväitten säilytykseen jääkaapissa.

Sopimatta myöhässä tuleviin maksuihin lisätään 5 euron myöhästymismaksu. Ulkomaiset osallistujat, jotka ovat ilmoittautuneet määräpäivään mennessä voivat maksaa ovella,
kuitenkin heidän tulee ilmoittautuessaan kertoa, mikäli aikovat tehdä niin.

An Invite to Baronial Ivestiture of Aarnimetsä
Once again is close the time to say wistful goodbye to the reign of Baron Eduard and Baroness Elzebeth and greet new sitting baronial couple to the throne of Aarnimetsä. We proudly invite all
gentlefolk of the Realm to celebrate Investiture of Aarnimetsä by dancing, singing, feasting, jousting, bathing or whatever your favourite pastime might be – and of course enjoying most
delicious food! This happy event will be held in canton of Poukka from 22nd to 24th of August 2025.
The site will be the beautiful Lintukoto camping center in Pyhältö (address: Tykkitie 30, 49660 Pyhältö). The site is situated about 180 km east of Helsinki, north of Hamina. You can get to the
site by your own car. Driving instructions are available on request from the event steward.
Site opens at 18:00 on Friday evening and closes on Sunday at 12:00. The first 65 reserved will get a bed. There will be sofas or mattresses so we can host 75 people, and more if there are
people willing to bring their own tent. Please note, sleeping buildings and outdoor toilets have poor access for the disabled.
Price for the event per person is 60 € for non-members and 56 € for SCA or affiliate organization members.
Children 3 years or under it, attending with their parents and not needing own bed are free of charge. 4-14 years old pay 30 € per child. Price includes site fee and the following meals:
Evening snack on Friday and breakfast, lunch, snack and feast on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
Daytrippers are very welcome and their fee is 20 € including breakfast, lunch, snack on Saturday.
All meals will be low-lactose, on top of which our kitchen will provide lacto-ovo-vegetarian and gluten free choices.
Unfortunately, the kitchen will not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions. We also wish to make known, that cross-contamination and allergen remains cannot be eliminated with certainty. The kitchen advices those with severe or near-fatal allergies to bring their own meals. There will be cold storage possibilities at the site. Please check with the event stewards.
The registration opens 9th of June at 18.00 EET (UCT+3 at summer time) and the registrations will be done through email at

In your reservation please state your name, SCA-name (permission to declare SCA-name on the event website), contact information, any dietary restrictions and if you are a member of SCA Inc. or an affiliate organization Please also state your age if you are under 18 at the time of the event.
If you cancel your reservation after 8th of August, we unfortunately cannot reimburse you at all. If you have a reservation and neither cancel, pay nor come to the event, we will charge you all costs according to your reservation at the regular prices, adding the late and handling fee of 5 €. Foreign
