Breathe, stretch, and find stillness among the sunflowers. This one-hour outdoor yoga class offers a peaceful setting to move mindfully and reconnect—surrounded by the warmth of summer and the beauty of nature. After class, enjoy a glass of wine and take in the views of the sunflower fields.

All levels are welcome. Bring your own mat and enjoy a peaceful morning rooted in nature. In the case of inclement weather the class will be cancelled for the safety and comfort of our guests.
