Kuranda, you’re in for a treat!! Peter “Kinchy” Kinch is back at Birdwing this Sunday.
A Cairns legend with decades of experience, Kinchy has shared the stage with Aussie greats like Cold Chisel, The Angels, and Rose Tattoo, and even played the world-famous Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. These days, he’s bringing all that talent home with a solo show packed full of blues, rock, smooth jazz, and cheeky party favourites.
Kick back this Sunday with masterful guitar, soulful vocals, and a vibe that swings from cruisy café tunes to foot-stomping classics. Bring the whole crew, it’s family-friendly, free entry, and even the dogs are welcome. Grab brekkie till 11 then dive straight into lunch, sip on coffee, a cocktail or even an ice-cold beer, and don’t forget a sweet treat or two.
The music flows 11:30 AM – 3 PM on the sidewalk at Birdwing Café, Main Street Kuranda.Come for brunch, stay for the music and don’t be surprised if you end up dancing on the sidewalk.
