Join us for a new and special 90-minute workshop designed to introduce you to the foundations of Buti Yoga!
The first 45 minutes will break down key Buti poses, terminology, and movements so you can feel confident and connected in your practice. The second 45 minutes will bring it all together in a guided Buti flow — an experiential class that integrates what you’ve learned into intentional movement.
About Buti:
Buti is more than just a workout — it is a transformational yoga practice that blends spiral structure technique®, primal movement, dynamic asana, cardio bursts, and intentional vibration (referred to in the practice as ‘shake’).
The term ‘Buti’ derives from the meaning: “a cure that has been hidden or kept secret” (Indian Marathi)
This unique style helps students release stored trauma, tone the body, and connect deeply with their inner power. Guided by the beat of the music rather than counts or reps, Buti draws us out of our head and into our body, creating space for emotional release, confidence, and true human connection.
Each class is designed to integrate the physical, emotional, and energetic self — awakening our innate sense of belonging and empowerment, while cultivating inner peace and joy within.
Classes are offered in both heated and non-heated formats:
Non-heated Buti emphasizes more cardio-intensive movements
Heated Buti naturally reduces cardio intensity, yet leverages the transformative power of heat to amplify flexibility, deepen poses, and evolve in our progressions.
11/8 is an unheated option.
