You are warmly invited to join our cacao ceremony and sound journey in the beautiful room at Rosegården.
We’ll share raw ceremonial cacao — rich in nutrients and known as a powerful yet gentle heart-opening medicine.
Stian will guide us through a meditation before we drink the cacao in silence. Together we’ll sing cacao songs, letting our voices flow freely and melt into a shared vibration.
Then we’ll move into rhythm — with drums, beats, and maybe a little dance? (just if you feel called)
The second half of the evening is a sound bath, where you rest in savasana(laying on the floor) through a journey of sounds from instruments and voices.
This supportive gathering offers a chance to drop deeply into relaxation, reconnect with your breath, and feel held in a safe and nurturing space. We are five multi-instrumentalists weaving an improvised soundscape from ancient instruments of Asia, South America, Europe, and Australia — including didgeridoo, handpan, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, shaman drums, djembe, harmonium, rainstick, rattles, and more.
The wide range of frequencies and vibrations from our instruments and voices affect the whole body — helping to release emotional tension, ease the nervous system, and open a deep sense of connection to here and now🌙
Come as you are.
Lie down.
Breathe.
Receive.
What to bring:
