Since the museum is located underground and can feel cooler than outside, wearing layers is recommended.
For security reasons, large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not permitted inside the museum.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of registered service animals.
Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Flash photography, tripods, and professional filming equipment are not permitted within the exhibition areas.
Guests are requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled entry or tour time. Late arrivals will not be admitted, and tickets are non-refundable.
Tuesdays are free admission days, and bookings cannot be made for these days.
Each group tour is offered in a single language only; please choose your preferred language at the time of booking.
In accordance with museum regulations, group tours are limited to a maximum of 29 participants.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
