W dniach 29-30 listopada będziemy gościć w progach naszej krakowskiej gompy Geshe Sheraba Paldena. W czasie swej wizyty, nasz czcigodny Gość odniesie się do dwóch części praktyk wstępnych, na temat których w sierpniu tego roku podczas retreatu w Chamma Ling w Wildze nauki wygłosił Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Ujęte w zbiorze Gyalwa Chaktri, nauki te pochodzą z cyklu Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyud – Ustnego Przekazu Zhang Zhung. Pierwszego dnia skupimy się na wyjaśnieniach na temat nietrwałości, by pod przewodnictwem Geshe skupić się na kontemplacji tego aspektu naszej egzystencji w samsarze. W chwili refleksji przyjrzymy się swemu przywiązaniu do iluzji trwałości zjawisk codziennego życia. Drugi dzień Geshe rozpocznie wyjaśnieniami dotyczącymi praktyki wyznania skalań. Przedstawi nam sposoby korzystania z tzw. czterech mocy – świadka, wyznania, żalu i antidotum oraz omówi niewłaściwe czyny ciała, mowy i umysłu. Następnie przejdziemy do praktyki z użyciem Mantry Stusylabowej. Nasz Gość objaśni nam znaczenie tej mantry oraz szczegóły wizualizacji towarzyszącej jej recytacji. Zapraszamy serdecznie wszystkich praktykujących i wszystkich, którzy jeszcze z praktyka się nie zetknęli, lecz chcą zapoznać się ze starożytną mądrością Tybetu i tradycji Yungdrung Bön. Nauki odbywać się będą stacjonarnie w naszej krakowskiej gompie przy ul. Stradomskiej 17/4 oraz w przestrzeni wirtualnej na platformie Zoom.

On 29–30 November, our Kraków gompa will host Geshe Sherab Palden. During his visit, our venerable Guest will address two parts of the preliminary practices, which Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche taught this August during the retreat at Chamma Ling in Wilga. These teachings, contained in the Gyalwa Chaktri collection, come from the Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyud—the Oral Transmission of Zhang Zhung.
On the first day, we will focus on explanations concerning impermanence, and under Geshe-la’s guidance, we will engage in contemplation of this aspect of our existence in samsara. In a moment of reflection, we will examine our attachment to the illusion of permanence in the phenomena of everyday life.
Geshe-la will begin the second day with explanations of the practice of confession of defilements. He will present the methods of applying the so-called four powers—witness, confession, remorse, and antidote—and will discuss the non-virtuous actions of body, speech, and mind. We will then move on to practice with the Hundred-Syllable Mantra. Our Guest will explain the meaning of this mantra as well as the details of the visualisation that accompanies its recitation.
We warmly invite all practitioners, as well as those who have not yet encountered this path but wish to become acquainted with the ancient wisdom of Tibet and the Yungdrung Bön tradition.
The teachings will take place in person at our Kraków gompa, ul. Stradomska 17/4, and online via the Zoom platform.
