✅ Competition Requirements
To secure a spot, selected participants must commit to:
Promoting the units to at least two (2) potential investors
Submitting one (1) business or marketing idea to help grow and promote the Palm Valley Inn complex
Tagging Uniprop and Palm Valley Inn in social media posts and photos during the stay
Sharing at least 1 advert for any Palm Valley unit currently for sale or rent

Participants will have access to the Uniprop Head Office (ground floor), including:
Reception area for meetings with investors or clients
Desk space in the office
Hands-on training
Wi-Fi and system access
2026 planning and brainstorming sessions

📌 Additional Terms & Conditions
The units are self-catering. Participants are responsible for their own food.
Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, etc.) as well as a built-in braai.
A grocery store and other convenience shops are located directly opposite Palm Valley Inn, making shopping quick and easy during your stay.
As December is a peak period and to manage costs, daily housekeeping will not be included.
Participants are expected to maintain their own units during their stay (washing dishes, making beds, etc.).
A laundromat is available downstairs and may be used at the participant’s own cost if required.
As the units are expected to be fully booked during December, participants are required to respect booking times, unit rules, and checkout procedures.
