Autumn Equinox Ecstatic Dance Ceremony

Slide on into the Sacred Phoenix Sisterhood Circle for the most healing dance party you’ll ever experience, as we dance ourselves into a higher state of consciousness. 💃✨ Ecstatic dance is a form of movement meditation, similar to tai chi and yoga but without the choreography. Through breath work, guided meditation, and somatic movement, we will release what no longer serves us, we will connect to Mother Earth, we will connect to a beautiful, growing community of likeminded women, and we will bring balance into our lives. 🌀Following the dance circle, we will have an afterparty with light refreshments, please feel free to bring a snack to share! 🧁 This is a girls night activity, so leave the men at home and experience the beauty of sisterhood as we celebrate each other and dance freely and safely (with ribbon wands and glow sticks!) 🪩 Bring a friend, or come solo and meet new friends! 💕Wear comfy clothes and shoes you feel comfortable dancing in.
