～子どもたちへのバトンタッチ～

昨今のお米問題、異常気象による野菜の不作や魚の不漁、
この先やってくるかもしれない食糧危機等
色々と便利になった半面地球が悲鳴を上げていると感じています。

このまま子どもたちにツケを回すのではなく大人たちに何ができるのか？

健康被害も出ている添加物問題に加えて
様々な方面から食について考えるきっかけにしませんか？

安部さんの代名詞ともいえる添加物関連、
それとは別のように考える人もいるかもしれませんが
当然食品の裏情報も多々知っています。
