Culinary enthusiasts are invited to an exclusive Dim Sum Masterclass at Yauatcha Kolkata led by the restaurant’s expert culinary team. This interactive session offers participants the chance to discover the art of dim sum creation combining traditional techniques with Yauatcha’s modern approach.

During the class attendees will learn to prepare three signature dim sum creations: the Truffle edamame dumpling with its delicate aromatic richness; the Crunchy iceberg dumpling with its refreshing texture and the Broccoli cheese dumpling a comforting and indulgent favourite.
The experience is complemented by a soothing cup of Jasmine green tea and concludes with a handcrafted Macaron from Yauatcha’s patisserie providing a refined sweet note to end the session.
