It`s a mindset that puts empathy first, making sure that whatever you create; a product, a service, or a strategy.. truly meets the needs of the human beings you`re designing for.
This workshop is designed to help you get introduced to the process and to get hands on knowledge working on a case study.

Location: Dongle Desk (the building between SMK Mart & Sri Rakum School for the blind). The location is 5 minutes walk from the Indiranagar Metro Station.
