Join us for the third edition of our Total LB Club - our high-energy in-house strength event where you test your limits, celebrate progress, and earn your way into the club.
🏋️♀️ Here’s how it works:
You’ll complete 3 big lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift
You get 3 attempts per lift to hit your best weight
Coaches verify and total your highest successful lifts
Your total = your club level (200, 300, 400… all the way to 1,500+!)
🎽 Registration: $40

✔️ A custom shirt with YOUR total printed on it – designed and ordered just for you post-event!

Can’t (or don’t want to) do squats? No problem, this time we’re offering an exclusive “Bench + Deadlift Club” shirt for those who want to participate in just those two lifts!
