Introduction to Hobby TIG Welding

This 4 hour class will offer students the opportunity to learn entry level welding through demonstration and hands-on experience with MIG welding for hobby use.

Safety equipment and materials are provided, however students MUST wear closed toe, NOT CLOTH shoes. Leather shoes are preferred. Long sleeve shirts and pants are also required. (Failure to wear these items will result in the student being unable to participate in all hands-on learning.)

This class will be taught by SHAK board member, and fellow maker, and hobby welder, Rico Duke.

Saturday, December 27th

12:00-4:00

Non-Member: $81.25 (+ $25 Fuel Charge due at time of class)

Members: $65 (+ $25 Fuel Charge due at time of class)

This class is limited to 6 students, so make sure you register soon!

*Please note, this class is an introduction to TIG welding. Students will not obtain any certifications from this course. *
