What is Bring a Friend Week (BAF Week)?
BAF Week is a week of FREE workouts for anyone in Howard County and the surrounding communities. Our BAF Week starts on Monday, October 13th and runs through Saturday, October 18th!

Never done CrossFit before?
No worries! Every single workout can be tailored to meet your individual needs, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. All you need to do is show up, sign a waiver, and be ready to get sweaty and have some fun with us!
