SANDESH
Contributed to the expansion and the evolution of the ECSTATIC DANCE movement in Asia being one of the first to bring it in the now famous BALI YOGA BARN in early 2000s and subsequently giving birth to the ”RISE” Ecstatic Dance at PYRAMID YOGA and the “MOVE” Ecstatic Dance at AUM Sound Healing Centre on the Island of Koh Phangan.
In both cases the concept and the events he created has grown exponentially up to the point that are now well established in the Ecstatic Dance scene worldwide attracting hundreds of dancers from all over the planet.
He currently live in the island of Koh Phangan where he regularly hold weekly conscious and sober events and dances on top of playing for other venues and events.

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE ?

Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement and type of dance form, practiced without a fixed choreography.
The idea of ecstatic dance is to completely lend yourself and your body to the rhythm of the music. In ecstatic dance, you move freely through the space leading to a state of trance and ecstasy (hence the name ecstatic). In trance, many dancers find that ecstatic dance brings them into a deep meditative state.
- LIMITED SPACE - in order to offer you the best experience possible we decided to restrict the number or participant, best purchase your ticket in advance to ensure entrance.
- Food, cacao, drinks, and drinking water will be available.

ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES ~

The following guidelines are typical of those followed at hundreds of conscious dances around the world, having been developed through community discussions and agreements over decades.
Please note: This is a Safe and Sacred Space - drug, smoking & alcohol-free!
Be mindful of others' personal boundaries. Move freely in all directions/ respect all dance forms and the people around.
It's a Non-verbal journey / with no mobile phones. together with love, we build a higher vibration.
Be clean. Please arrive fresh with a clean body and clothes, as some of us are sensitive to any scented products (including essential oils) or strong body odors.
Be curious, open, and accepting. Please suspend judgments of self or others.
Please bring a refillable water bottle, there is free water.
