Total Beginner Series with Kristin Samples

This series meets two times per week for 3 weeks.

Never tried yoga, but ready to learn?
Intimidated by just jumping into a class?
Want to learn from professional yoga teachers who know how to adapt to your needs?
These intimate series are designed to introduce absolute beginners to yoga, in a beautiful studio with experienced teachers. Our teachers have trained countless hours to provide you with quality instruction that will set you up for a successful and enjoyable yoga practice.

Class will meet twice per week from January 14 - 31:
Wednesdays @ 6:30 - 7:45p
Saturdays @ 9:30 -10:45a
Class size is limited to 12 people. All supplies provided.

$90 per student.
