The City of Knoxville Police Advisory & Review Committee (PARC) will hold its quarterly meeting Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025, in the Victor Ashe Auditorium at the Family Justice Center (400 Harriet Tubman Street) from 6-8 p.m.
PARC members will present information on cases received by KPD’s Internal Affairs Unit for the third quarter of 2025. The agenda (posted at KnoxvilleTN.gov/PARC) also includes committee business, speakers who have requested to address the committee and a public forum, limited to five minutes per speaker.
Residents who would like to speak during the public forum can sign up online. Confirmed speakers will receive a confirmation email. Established in 1998, PARC is the City’s citizen review board and the longest continuously running citizen-run police advisory board in Tennessee. PARC provides an independent review of police activity and makes recommendations to the Chief of Police.
