This is a drop-in 45 minute class covering intermediate ballroom/social dancing. Each week we will cover a selection of patterns and techniques in a different dance:
- Waltz (1/5, 2/17, 3/31, 5/12, 6/23)
- Swing (1/13, 2/24, 4/7, 5/19, 6/30)
- Foxtrot (1/20, 3/3, 4/14, 5/26)
- Rumba (1/27, 3/10, 4/21, 6/2)
- Tango (2/3, 3/17, 4/28, 6/9)
- Cha Cha (2/10, 3/24, 5/5, 6/16)
All students will be taught both dance roles (lead and follow). It is recommended that students taking this class have some basic experience with social dancing such as our Beginning Social Dancing class or equivalent dance experience. Dance shoes or heels are NOT required. Come as you are, no preregistration or partner required. The cost of this class is $15 per week.
