Fall Harvest Cooking Class

Celebrate the season with a cozy, hands-on class featuring nourishing food, flavorful tea, and creative conversation. Guests will enjoy a fall-inspired tasting experience from a spiced apple shrub mocktail to a Moroccan-spiced lamb and root veggie stew, ending with a spiced pear crumble and an herbal tea ceremony. Alongside the seasonal dishes, we'll explore tips for sourcing whole ingredients, using spice blends, and supporting immune health naturally. The menu is curated with blends from The Spice & Tea Exchange and crafted to highlight ancestral nourishment and mineral balance. Come hungry for knowledge, flavor, and connection. Everything is included, just bring your curiosity! Chef Debbie is classically trained at the New England culinary institute with over 35 years experience in the restaurant industry and sells her small-batch granola at the Farmer’s Market.
