Experiential Inner Yoga Intensive February 28- March 1st
0n this weekend retreat, participants will learn the foundations of the Completion Phase Yoga. These profound methods will be introduced in a manner suitable to practitioners of all lineages and expand one's capacity to welcome discomfort, diminish fear and anxiety, and fully own one's capacity for wisdom and compassion.
Dr. James Bae has travelled throughout the world, collecting teachings from lineages of inner yoga. He has become a repository of a tremendous richness of teachings and experience, particularly related to yantra yoga (trulkhor) and inner heat yoga (tummo).
Drawing from this knowledge, James will guide practitioners based on their immediate experience, exploring aspects of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality that are the doorways to the deeper dimensions of inner yoga practice.
All sessions will be held at the Lotus Light Contemplative Community Center, 501 Arthur St. Knoxville, TN.
