About the event

Choral Evensong sung by the St. John's Cathedral Choir

Join us for a delicious slice of Mid-century Modern in our first Choral Evensong of the season. Magnificat & Nunc dimittis in F by Harold Friedell, and Gerre Hancock's tuneful anthem "Judge eternal" will fill the Cathedral Church with plenty of technicolor musical effects.

25 minute organ prelude by Dr. Kevin Seal, director of music of Trinity Episcopal Church in Asheville with music by Bach, de Grigny, Howells, and Vierne.

Parking available in the adjacent Cathedral lot.
