Authentico Tequila Tasting

Authentico is a line of premium, additive-free, and USDA Organic certified tequilas made from 100% blue Weber agave at Tequilas del Señor, one of the oldest continuously operating distilleries in Mexico, and is still family-owned after 80 years. The distillery is also powered entirely by solar and natural gas. Authentico is made with 100% USDA Organic certified agave. The brand uses a combination of mature, ripe agaves from the highlands and valley regions of Jalisco. All Authentico tequila is 100% blue weber agave. Its taste profile varies by expression, but generally features notes of cooked agave, citrus, and spice, with a clean and smooth finish.
