Have you noticed how your body responds to stress — and what helps it to release?
These monthly sessions offer a safe and powerful space to explore your breath, body, and emotions in a new way. This type of breathwork can support you in releasing built-up tension, reducing stress, processing emotions, and moving through inner blockages. Many participants leave with a deep sense of peace and inner calm.
I will always respect your boundaries and only guide you as far as feels safe and right for you. It’s not about forcing anything that isn’t there, but about giving you space and time for self-exploration and -regulation.
After a short introduction, you’ll be guided through a breath journey using the technique of conscious connected breathing. The experience is supported by music and gentle bodywork, with time for rest and integration at the end.
Held in a small and intimate group setting, these sessions are open to all levels — no previous experience needed.
About Anja Unda Breath
Anja is a certified Intesoma® Breathwork Facilitator, Breath Coach and Yoga Teacher with over 600 hours of training. Her approach combines science-based breath techniques with somatic tools to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and deeper body awareness. Her interest in breathwork began when her father, living with a chronic lung condition, experienced noticeable benefits from simple breathing practices — a turning point that led her to explore the breath in all its dimensions, from freediving to functional and transformative breathwork. She offers 1:1 Breath Coaching and Breathwork Sessions in small groups that create a safe space to reconnect with your breath and body.
