Sugar Plum Solstice Flow

Welcome calm before the (snow)storm.

Join Lindsay the morning of Christmas Eve for a soulful and seasonal solstice experience.

To make this session more about your care and renewal, the traditional 108 sun salutation flow will be shortened by half, leaving space for both the spark and the stillness in preparation for any holiday festivities.

We’ll invite heat and rhythmic flow with 54 warming sun salutations, then shift into gentle yin with sound, weave in reflective writing time, and close with a soothing savasana.
