Compassion & Self-Kindness Workshop

We would love to see you at our Compassion and Self-Kindness Workshop. Join Mary, our Qualified Mental Health Associate, as we explore new opportunities that we can use every day to improve our mental well-being and overall health. �

This will be hosted at the Sky Lakes Wellness Center. Cost is $15 per person or free for Wellness Center Members (for as little as $10 per month!).
