Cindy Lou will read the beloved classic “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” take photos with kiddos, and sprinkle a little extra Christmas cheer everywhere she goes. Little Whos can decorate their very own Christmas cookies, sip on free hot cocoa, and soak up all the festive feels.
