Sourdough Made Simple

🍞 Learn to Bake Sourdough at Home! 🥖

Join us for a two hour hands-on workshop where you'll learn simple techniques for mixing, folding, shaping, and scoring your dough. You’ll leave with your own sourdough starter, recipe guide, and tools to continue baking at home. Light refreshments will be served.

Please bring an apron and a notebook/pen. It’s also recommended to have (or plan to purchase) a Dutch oven before class. No prior experience is needed—just your enthusiasm!

This workshop is taught by Kasey Roche, owner of The Intuition Kitchen. Students will have access to ask questions and receive feedback following class.
