Art is a doorway to the depths of our being – an activity, where inner and outer worlds meet. Through colors, shapes and textures, we bring together all aspects of our lives in unexpected ways. Pieces that usually live apart within us come together. Experiences that we may have found difficult to integrate make sense in a larger context. The physical, psychological and spiritual, along with all our relations – to humans, animals, the earth and the cosmos – are intertwined. As the foundation for a creative process, this is phenomenal.
Meditation prepares us for this journey and helps us embrace what it brings. It guides us into the heart of the present moment and the simplicity of just being who we are. And who we are may surprise us, because meditation helps us peel away layers of expectation and preconceived notions. It opens the door to the unexpected, guiding us towards the embodiment of a larger sense of being, with its unique flow of creative expression.
We invite you to join us in this immersive workshop and discover the transformative power of creative expression. No artistic experience is needed.
