Program Description:

Join us for an exciting and hands-on Cheese Making Class for Adults, 18 & older.

Whether you’re a food connoisseur or simply curious about the art of crafting your own cheese, this class is designed for you! Felicia Marable-Williams, Family & Consumer Sciences Agent Osceola County will guide you through the process. You’ll learn the basics of cheesemaking - from selecting ingredients to utilizing key techniques all while practicing food safety, for creating delicious, fresh cheese. This intimate, interactive workshop is limited to 16 people, ensuring personalized attention and a fun, engaging experience. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity – reserve your spot!
