CALD-rituals for liminal space: fluxus art-approach

It’s invitation to join art-practice for art reflection experience of CALD*-people.

What we are going to do:
🔹 Introduction to CALD concept and discussion about key point of this type of being in society.

🔹 Practices with fluxes scores in the residency yard. We are going perform some fluxes made by Kate Finkelstein and creat new ones which will be included to the final residency show.

🔹 Sharing circle about this experience with tea/coffee/wine.



The event is provided by artist Reina (Kate) Finkelstein, as a part of "The Great Perhaps" art residency by KakdelArt and Herzl House.

Kate is an independent curator and multimedia conceptual artist born in 1985 in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and immigrated to Israel in 2022. Her work explores themes of CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) identity, focusing on communities fractured by migration, cultural loss, and hybrid traditions, reflecting her own experience of systemic disintegration and displacement.
