Autumn is coming — the days are getting shorter, the weather colder, and life often feels even busier with school runs, work, and endless commitments. It’s usually the time of year when our health slips to the bottom of the list.
But what if this September could be different?
I’ve created a special 2-hour workshop designed for women who want to take ownership of their health and learn how to move with confidence — right at home.
This isn’t “just another workout.” In this workshop, you’ll:
✨ Learn the why and the how behind safe, effective exercise
✨ Understand how to adapt movements for your body, your lifestyle, and your needs
✨ Discover how to create short, realistic home workouts that fit around children, work, and everyday life
✨ Build awareness of your body so you know exactly what you’re doing and why it matters
The goal is not perfection. It’s about building a strong foundation — so you can move, feel stronger, and make space for yourself in the middle of your busy life.
You’ll also take home a Foundations Guide (worth £20, included in your ticket) so you can keep practicing what you’ve learned.
