Health Walks in Nature

Our weekly walks are always led by trained Health Walk staff or volunteers. The pace is slow and distance is short, with lots of time for nature spotting along the way. The pre-planned routes are usually a maximum of 3km, with any longer walks clearly advertised as such. Fresh air, exercise, nature, and good company; is there a better way to start your week?!

This is an ideal activity for you if you’re looking for some motivation to get out, get those steps in, and have a nice friendly chat with some new people. And you’ll be delighted to know that each session ends with a brew and a blether too.

Please feel free to bring a drink with you, wear sturdy footwear, and dress for the weather conditions on the day. Children under 18 must attend with a responsible adult.
