Life can leave us feeling “on” all the time — rushing, juggling, and rarely giving our bodies and minds permission to truly rest. Rest & Regulate is your invitation to slow down, reset, and return to balance.

This 90-minute workshop blends gentle yang and yin-inspired movement, meditation, and guided breathwork to help release tension, calm the mind, and regulate your nervous system.

It’s more than just a yoga class. It’s a chance to reconnect with yourself, create space for calm, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and restored.
