Sound Bath Meditation

Join us for a relaxing evening of meditation and sound vibration. Set your stress aside and lie on comfortable mats as we guide you into deep relaxation. Enjoy the sounds and vibration of gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and more. We have blankets, eye pillows, and some neck pillows but feel free to bring whatever keeps you comfy!)
