This “Letting Go” journey is a blend of different practices. It starts with grounding your nervous system in the present moment, then uses breath and body-based work to let go of stored tension. From there, you can begin to gently reframe the stories you tell yourself about what you’ve been through. This journey is a roadmap to letting go of anything that you are still holding on to that is working against your highest purpose.

Jenn Eldridge, PhD; has been teaching students about mind-body health concepts for over 20 years, as a professor at Truman State University and a health educator with the University of Missouri Extension. She is a proud mom to two young men who were raised right here in Kirksville. As a recent empty nester, she is excited to bring to Kirksville the most powerful practice she has found for her own healing journey, breathwork. She founded Breathing in 9D, to bring you an evidence-based, immersive experience that has the power to change your life in one session. In her free time, she likes to walk her dog, host wine and paint nights in her home, and go on adventures with her partner and kids.
