Your host and facilitator is Yannick Jacob, professional coach, trainer and supervisor with over a decade of experience. Yannick is a published coaching author, teaching faculty at Cambridge University, Course Director of the acclaimed ACIC and former Programme Leader of the MSc Coaching Psychology at the University of East London.

This month we welcome a powerhouse in coaching, coach training, and thought leader in the AI coaching space, MCC and Thinkers50 veteran Jonathan Reitz into the Lab. I've hung out with Jonathan in a few spaces and it never failed to inspire and challenge me, which is also his coaching style, I believe, so I can't wait to see what happens when we pair him with a client for this live demo and reflections.
BIO & APPROACH
Jonathan Reitz is a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC) and Advanced Credentialed Team Coach (ACTC) who helps leaders develop the people around them. As Director of Education & CEO at FLUXIFY, he leads the ICF-approved Integrated Coach Training program and authored the Integrated Coach Training Method. He also serves as Director of Education for Weatherhead Coach Education at Case Western Reserve University and Founder & CEO of Working Coach Labs.
Jonathan’s coaching centers on unlocking Identity, Capacity, Destiny, and Legacy—translating self-awareness into purposeful action. Typical engagements blend one-to-one coaching with the Harrison Assessment, rigorous goal design, and habit-building—like “Mike,” a senior leader who elevated his team by sharpening self-understanding and interpersonal skill. As a trained ICF Assessor and mentor coach, Jonathan also equips practitioners—like “Melissa”—through group mentor coaching, recorded-session reviews, and assessment-caliber feedback that accelerates credential readiness.
Across more than 12,000 coaching hours and 1,500 coaches trained worldwide, Jonathan’s throughline is simple: discover each client’s uniqueness, help them achieve their potential, and turn possibilities into decisive action. He lives in the Cleveland, Ohio area with his family.
ABOUT THE LAB
Join us for an inside-look into the inner workings of coaching, find out how and why coaches make certain decisions and how they choose their interventions. You get to witness how the client is experiencing different coaching approaches and we hope you'll get lots of inspiration for your own coaching practice.
After the fishbowl and discussion you'll get a chance to work in triads (coach, client, observer) with the other attendees so that you can take your insights and ideas for a spin, experiment with some new tools and techniques or simply practice some coaching and get some valuable feedback on your work from fellow professional or curious lay clients. Talking about coaching in small groups and sharing our learning with the rest of the group afterward will help us all grow our understanding, knowledge and coaching skills.
