We are back again with another Dementia Friendly Screening at the Kirky Cinema in the Kirkintilloch Town Hall, we will be showing ELF as a Christmas Dementia Friendly screening at The Kirkintilloch Town Hall, Union street, doors open at 1:40pm for a 2pm showing on Friday 5th December.
Tickets are Adult £5, Child £3 and Carers go free.
Tea, coffee and cakes are available during the showing
Raised as an oversized elf, Buddy travels from the North Pole to New York City to meet his biological father, Walter Hobbs, who doesn't know he exists and is in desperate need of some Christmas spirit.
Working in partnership with Alzheimer Scotland, our Dementia Friendly screenings are carefully structured to suit the needs of those living with Dementia and their carers. The hall is lighter with the volume reduced.
Subtitles are on.
There will be friendly staff available throughout the movie for a wee blether.
These screenings are a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where we encourage chatting and dancing.
