On Saturday evening the 30th of august, The Auchengeich Miners Memorial Committee, will be hosting the fantastic ABBA Duo Plus Party Mix in order to help raise funds for the Annual Auchengeich Pit Disaster Memorial Service. This year we will again, remember with great sadness, on this, the 66th Anniversary, of our Community’s darkest hour, the pain & anguish that still exists amongst those stricken Families & our Community’s People.
To organise such a well attended event, as I’m sure you will all appreciate, comes @ quite a substantial cost, which is why our Memorial Committee are passionately appealing to everyone throughout Moodiesburn & its surrounding communities to come out & support our Memorial Fundraising Event, please.
Tickets are priced @ £10 each, plus there will be a late bar opening on the night.
