Harvest Full Moon Cacao, Mediation with Sound Bath,

Come along and join us to encompass the energies of this beautiful harvest full moon.
Will we be enjoying the heart opening drink of cacao before journeying on the energies of abundance, completion and gratitude.
Having time to reflect on what you have cultivated, on what no longer serves and release and give thanks for all that we have and have achieved. This moon bridges the shift from summer to autumn, a transition from outward action to inward reflection. An opportunity for emotional clarity and healing. The meditation will lead you into a high frequency sound bath, where you will be able to continue to focus on which aspects of healing, gratitude and growth that resonate with you.
