Saddle up for a creative Valentine’s workshop with a little country flair. In this hands-on hand building session, you’ll create your very own cowboy boot–shaped vase using clay — perfect for flowers, dried stems, or just sitting pretty on a shelf.
This workshop is all about having fun, getting a little messy, and making something bold and imperfect. No experience needed — we’ll guide you step-by-step through the process, from shaping and building to adding texture and decorative details. Glazing is not included in this workshop, however you're welcome to glaze your gorgeous cowboy boot at our studio for an additional fee of $18 ($10 for The Craft Haven Members) after it's had its first kiln fire.
Whether you come with your besties, your partner, or treat yourself to a solo creative date, this one’s guaranteed to be a good time.
What You’ll Do:
Learn handbuilding techniques to construct a sculptural cowboy boot vase
Explore texture, surface decoration, and personal flair
Create one unique ceramic piece which will be bisque fired
Come back, once your piece is fired to glaze for a small additional fee of $18 ($10 for The Craft Haven Members).
