Edible Tides Workshop

Sit down with Lucy, The Wild Cooke for an introduction to seaweeds and coastal foraging in this indoor workshop. Learn how to safely identify, harvest sustainably, preserve and cook these wild sea foods and hear stories about how they are deeply important in west coast culture. You'll have the opportunity to handle and taste a diversity of seaweeds and find out how they are being used today.
