Join us in the beautiful Gardens of Hope at the PEI Preserve Company for a Grounded In The Gardens Summer Series! These 60-minute low impact movement classes will blend pilates, stretching & mindfulness into a full body experience appropriate for all levels (note: this is NOT a yoga class, you may get a bit sweaty!). You will find modifications and gentle nudges throughout each class to listen to your body and stay in touch with your breath as you overlook River Clyde & indulge in the sights, sounds and smells. Leave this experience feeling grounded, connected and energized. 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱. After class, feel free to take a walk through the gardens or connect with other participants. *Ps. on July 5th and August 30th there will be a beautiful sound bath following class with Liz Faye starting at 11:00 am.
𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗣/𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟: Please dress in layers and bring a yoga mat (if you are travelling and need a mat please request in advance), water, shoes are optional to wear during class.

Steff is dedicated to creating an approachable class and welcoming space, offering modifications to meet you where you are in your movement journey.
